Life Coaching

I remember how the first class of our coaching school—The Insight Coaching Academy—killed it…

“It” being their fears…

More specifically the fear of failure and the fear or what others think.

From the start of the program they were coaching people and learning the process of creating clients with a level of fearlessness I had never witnessed before…

And by immediately getting into action, they crushed those 2 dream-killing fears.

Then when the next Academy class began, I remember finding out that two key participants weren’t going to participated at the last minute..

Each class is small, so initially this was NOT good news. To be honest, it was very frustrating…

But pretty quickly I came to my senses and remembered one thing…

I WILL SUCCEED NO MATTER F*CKIN WHAT.

“No matter what” is a powerful attitude and affirmation because it leaves no room for going back—it’s about burning all bridges of possible retreat…

I’m going to be successful in the end NO MATTER WHAT…

That’s it—there’s no other way. There’s no backup plan. I don’t give my mind a chance to convince me of anything different.

And given a little time to listen to some vibration-raising music, do some affirmations, and visualize my desired outcomes in life…

I gave my mind a chance to convince me of something better—to reframe the entire situation and see that even in my seeming temporary failure, things are working out perfectly for me.

I remember how suddenly I was feeling some pressure to get more people interested in becoming coaches into our Coaching Academy, and that was good news.

You know what a former life coach of mine taught me to do in these pressure-filled situations?

This…

USE PRESSURE AS A PROPELLER, PUSHING ME FORWARD TOWARD SUCCESS..

In other words, in that situation I had the opportunity to get into action more...

To become willing to fail more...

And to get honest more and admit that I had been playing too small.

I mean seriously, at the time nobody had even heard of our Insight Coaching Academy!

It’s was like I had been keeping a major part of my business model a secret. Why?

Fear.

This reminds me of this a beautiful truth that comes out of the 12-step recovery movement…

“You can’t transmit what you don’t got.”

If I want to train and coach people to be fearless, I must be fearless in every area of my life, always.

I committed back then that this is what I will be…

And this is what I am NOW.
